Shipping and delivery

We offer shipping to locations within India. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Orders are shipped within 3 days or as per delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of the shipment is subject to Courier Company /Post Office norms and cannot  guarantee specific delivery dates. Shipping charges may apply. Customised orders may take longer and the said delivery date will be agreed with the customer on order confirmation.

Refund Policy 

If for some unforeseen reason, your product appears damaged in any manner, please contact our customer service at

However, if you receive a damaged product please do include all relevant details of your order along with the photograph of the damaged product and your contact details in your communication to us and we will get back to you within 5 days of receiving the request, after reviewing the request. In any case you feel the product received is not as shown on the site , you can bring it to our notice by sending us an email on within 24 hours of receiving the product, we will take an appropriate decision after reviewing the comments and get back to you within 5 days of receiving such communication . Some products may not be eligible for return or exchange.
