Red White Tribal Feather Brooch
•Materials used: Preciosa glass beads, feather, bone connector, brass pins and findings.
•Colour: White, Red and Brown
•Design: This brooch is inspired by elements of the Garo traditional attire. The white center piece represents the Kotip, a plain cloth used to wrap the head. The brown feathers stand for the Do•me, which are rooster feathers worn with the Kotip. The hanging multi strand beads are inspired by the Rikgitok, a layered necklace.
